It doesn't matter what Cesc says. Arsenal have no to him going. The buy out clause will be massive. There were rumours that Arsenal would sell for £50m. Cesc is pivotal to the Arsenal playing style. Losing him would set back Arsenal by many years.

Barcelona can be sneaky little rats when it comes to signing players. They dont care about telling other clubs "We want your players, we have more money than you and will get them".
